The Kyrgyz Republic gives great importance to the introduction of information technologies in order
to improve the efficiency of public administration, as well as to reduce the human factor and the
corruption component in the state bodies of the country.
One of the main results of digitalization of public administration should be a significant
improvement in the conditions for ordinary citizens and entrepreneurs to receive state and
municipal services.
Electronic interaction between citizens and the state significantly saves money and time for
citizens and reduces the cost of maintaining the state bodies. The introduction of digital
technologies contributes to the transparency of interaction between business and citizens with
officials and serves as a tool to increase public confidence in the state.
