Acting President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Toraga Jogorku Kenesh Talant Mamytov today, November 21, visited the state enterprise "Center for Electronic Interaction "Tunduk" under the State Committee of Information Technologies and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Acting Head of State got acquainted with the implementation of projects on digital transformation of the country, the project "Digital CASA — Kyrgyz Republic" and discussed further measures with the leadership of the State Committee of Information Technologies and Communications and the State Enterprise "Tunduk".

Altynbek Ismayilov, Chairman of the State Committee for Information and Communications, informed that today the digitalization processes are in full swing, and the existing e — government infrastructure significantly facilitates the ability of citizens to receive public services, reduces corruption risks, and most importantly-can become one of the engines of state reforms.

Along with the creation of digital platforms, data processing centers that meet international standards and cybersecurity requirements are being created.

He also recalled that the project "Digital CASA-Kyrgyz Republic" consists of four components. It is noted that at the moment a feasibility study of the requirements for the highway and services for the expansion of the Kyrgyz part of the regional trunk network has been developed. From 2021-2023, the construction of the fiber optic network is expected to begin.

From 2021, it is planned to launch "G-cloud" (state data processing center), which will allow transferring the computing power of state bodies to a single Data center, thereby improving public access to electronic services.

In addition, with 2021 start developing a legal framework the foundations of the digital economy, in 2021-2022 plans to develop a centre of excellence and the beginning of the active-learning of digital skills and competencies.

Director of the State Enterprise "Tunduk" Nuria Kutnaeva spoke about the achievements of the "Tunduk" system and the launch of the updated State Portal of Electronic Services (portal.tunduk.kg), where 82 services are currently implemented, of which 68 are automated and 14 are semi-automated, coming from 19 state bodies. She also noted that recently many legislative acts necessary for the introduction of IT technologies have been adopted, which allows implementing digitalization in full in accordance with international standards.

Deputy Director of the State Enterprise "Tunduk" Azamat Burzhuev noted that the implemented information technologies ensure the efficiency of public administration, transparency of financial flows used for education, healthcare, pensions and other areas. He showed the Unified Identification System developed by the State Enterprise "Tunduk", which is a" digital passport " for citizens and simplifies the procedure for obtaining services in electronic format, without leaving home, being anywhere in the world.

Acting President Talant Mamytov emphasized that further effective digitalization through the system of interdepartmental interaction "Tunduk" in order to create favorable conditions for citizens and entrepreneurs is an important factor in the development of the state.
