To connect to the «Tunduk» interdepartmental electronic interaction system (hereinafter - IEIS «Tunduk») it is necessary to
Familiarization with the contract and application submission
What needs to be done:

Contact Tunduk for catalog access
Describe the system and all services provided through SMEV «Tunduk»
Register new services before starting to provide them through SMEV «Tunduk»
After submitting the application

After receiving the application, the SMEV «Tunduk» operator provides access to a specialist appointed by the state body or organization for entering and editing information about the participant, their information system, and services in the SMEV «Tunduk» Catalog.
Important:
A state or municipal body cannot connect to SMEV «Tunduk» without information systems.
Participant responsibilities
To connect to the Interagency Electronic Interaction System (SMEV «Tunduk»), a number of requirements established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 200 of April 11, 2018 must be met. Below is a step-by-step procedure and the main responsibilities of participants.
Required information for connecting to SMEV «Tunduk»
The participant must
- Ensure the secure and uninterrupted operation of their information system.
- Install a security server and an information system adapter.
- Organize archiving of service request logs and restrict access to them.
- Take measures to protect information and data.
- Register all provided services in the Solutions Catalog and keep them up to date.
- Conclude a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with other participants.
- Notify the SMEV «Tunduk» operator of failures and maintenance work.
- Appoint authorized persons to send requests through the system.
After registration and connection
After successful connection, the participant:
- Receives an authentication certificate for the security server and an electronic signature;
- Registers their security server in SMEV «Tunduk»;
- Provides the operator with certificates for signature verification;
- Installs private keys on their server.
The «Tunduk» operator at this point:
- Checks and registers all provided certificates;
- Confirms the readiness of the participant's system for interagency interaction.

Grounds for refusal to connect
The SMEV «Tunduk» operator may refuse connection if:
- The information system does not meet technical requirements.
- The application was submitted by an unauthorized person.
- The data entered in the Catalog is incomplete or inaccurate.

Additional information
- Data in the Catalog is publicly available, except for personal information.
- All setup and administration costs are borne by the participant.
- The operator may provide additional paid services.
